I didn’t start out in gardening, but I have always loved being out in nature and the environment. At university I studied Engineering with Environmental Management and went on to obtain a Doctorate in Environmental Sustainability before working in the corporate sector on Sustainability in Supply Chains, minimizing environmental impacts and improving working conditions.

A husband, two children and a move to the United States brought about new experiences, culture and chapter in my life; but my interest in all things nature remained constant. I love experimenting and working in my own garden, helping friends with their outdoor spaces and volunteering in nature-based community projects.

 

The idea of establishing a garden design company was quite naturally planted! In addition to hands-on experience and innate interest, I am also certified by the New York Botanical Gardens as a landscape designer. But the truth is, I love learning, and there is so much to learn in this field. I hope the journey never ends! .
